(formerly Shanghai No.5 Valve Factory), founded in 1958, is a professional factory producing all kinds of corrosion resistant valves designated by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry. It introduced “Diaphragm Valve, Pneumatic Actuator and Rubber Diaphragm” proprietary technology from the UK Sanders (SAUNDERS) Valve Company in 1984; its product technology has reached the international advanced level and the products are identified as the “National-promoted” mechanical products and national-level mechanical and electrical new products

Shanghai No.5 Valve Factory obtained the Civilian Nuclear Pressure Equipment Design and Manufacture License of China National Nuclear Safety Administration in 1995, passed the certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System in 1998 and re-assured in March 2001.
